As the Watauga County Libertarian Party comes into fruition, Libertarians from Watauga and the surrounding counties of Avery and Ashe are coming together to discuss plans for 2016.     I’m in Charlotte, but my family is from Boone, so I have a personal interest there. Also, having been both a county chair and a statewide candidate, maybe I would have something worthwhile to contribute. If the weather permits, I will attempt to join you.
