‘No preference’ isn’t the same as None Of The Above – it indicates that the voter is willing to leave delegates to the national convention (who have the responsibility to choose the candidate) an open choice. It isn’t really as relevant to the LP (which doesn’t bind delegates) as to the Democratic Party (which does), but by law it is a choice in our preference primary.
