2019 LPNC Convention Donation

Your purchase of a 2019 LPNC Convention ticket or add-on from the LPNC is classified as a "contribution" from you to the LPNC by the North Carolina State Board of Elections. You will get a receipt that shows you the total purchase as a "donation". However, it will also clearly state that you have registered for the Convention. By preregistering, you will save time: when you check in at the convention desk, your credentials will be ready for you to pick up.

Note: If you make an additional contribution of $1 or more to defray Convention costs, your donation will be earmarked to pay speaker fees and travel expenses, hotel convention space rental and meal fees, and other 2019 Convention-related expenses. Thanks!

Contribution rules Contributions or gifts to the Libertarian Party of North Carolina are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal election law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. I confirm that the above statements are true and accurate. Don't publish my donation on the website.
