Join us Friday evening in the Crosby Pub for Libertarian trivia. Enjoy a drink and catch up with friends old and new.
On Saturday, debate and vote on recommendations for the LPNC platform. Stick around for a buffet lunch and a variety of workshops and speakers. On Saturday evening, indulge in a gala dinner.
Speakers and Panel Discussions
Joshua Eakle and Justin Cornett, members of the Libertarian Party of Tennessee, will share their unique approach to outreach through their weeknight radio program, Speaking Freely.
Joshua Eakle is the Chairman of the Knox County Libertarian Party and the founder of RECURO.org, a media site created to promote liberty-minded ideas on Tennessee politics and beyond. In his day job, Joshua works as the Director of Marketing for Worldwide Equipment Corporate. He currently holds an Associates Degree with a focus in Political Science.
Justin Cornett is the Regional Coordinator for the Libertarian Party of Tennessee and Director for the ETNLP. He currently works as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with Allstate. In his free time, Justin likes playing basketball, arguing politics, and enjoying nature. His latest project is a team effort on a radio show called "Speaking Freely," a show which intends to spoil the "regular Joe's" loyalty to the two party system.

As the 2018 election season swings into full gear, it is essential that we do what we can to support Libertarians running for every level of office in North Carolina. Want to learn how? Listen to Tim Smario and David Ulmer as they describe the Candidate Accelerator Program developed for Wake County. The Wake LP has built a network of support for candidates in their area so when a candidate files, a team is ready to help them campaign. Learn what has worked and has not worked as well as hoped. Dig in to the nitty-gritty of crafting a concise Libertarian message, and learn how to target and spread that message as effectively as possible. Discover tips and techniques to help Libertarian candidates make an impact during election season.

James W. Lark, III currently serves as a professor in the Department of Systems and
Information Engineering and the Applied Mathematics Program of the Department of
Engineering and Society at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Lark has been a member of the Libertarian Party since 1983. He currently serves as the Region 5 representative on the Libertarian National Committee. He is a member of the LNC’s Executive Committee, and serves as the LNC’s representative to the International Alliance of Libertarian Parties. He also serves as chair of the Employment Policy and Compensation Committee.
Dr. Lark previously served as chairman of the Libertarian Party during the 2000-2002 term. He is also a member of the Libertarian Party’s Hall of Liberty, the Party’s highest honor.
