Mark your calendar!  Local chapters of the Libertarian Party have scheduled a rally for our candidates. If you're one of the 535 registered Libertarians in Gaston County or one of 194 in Cleveland County -- or even if you're not -- you’re invited. 

We have reserved a meeting room at Guacamole’s Mexican Grill. Their prices are reasonable, and the food tasty (I recently had a burrito—enough for two—for way under $10!). 

Candidates (and their email addresses) who will comment on their campaigns are:

• Jacki Cole -Lt. Governor
• Sean Haugh -U.S. Senate
• Nic Haag - NC Senate 44 

This is your chance to meet these candidates in person, and show your support for them as well as for our Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates, Gary Johnson and Bill Weld.  I’m not expecting Gary or Bill to show up, but the above-listed candidates will be there! 

May I ask the courtesy of letting me know by email (my email address is at the bottom of this page) if you will be coming, and how many in your party (invite your friends!)?  I want to give the restaurant as much notice as possible!
