Free beer and pizza! (and free yourself…)
In running for Haywood County Commissioner this year, Dr. Windy McKinney seeks to engage with as many voters as possible, break down the barriers between elected officials and their constituents, and create a forum in which all citizens can address their elected officials this election year and for years to come.
She is focusing on growing the economy not through publicly funded corporate welfare, but by tackling the cumbersome regulations and property taxes that hinder business owners and farmers from reaching their full potential. While keeping the campaign firmly rooted in local values and support, she has taken a firm stance against unconstitutional mandates — both funded and unfunded — from both the state and federal governments in order to protect the rights and sovereignty of the citizens of our county.
Volunteer Opportunities
Dr. McKinney is planning fundraisers throughout the county, throughout the summer, as well as other events. Fun and informative, she's hoping to reach out to everyone in the county. These efforts are nothing without the support of liberty-loving individuals who value the rights and freedoms guaranteed to us by our Constitution. Please join us at The Patio Bistro on Wednesday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m., or anytime during the following three hours, for free beer and pizza if this is something you would like to be a part of.
