To inject yourself into the political fray for the purpose of making the political fray smaller and more streamlined is a paradox of a plan. But that is exactly what we Libertarians have to do in order to change a very corrupt system.

Windy McKinney offered herself as the sacrificial lamb this election cycle, demonstrating the intestinal fortitude to run for County Commissioner. In doing so, she raised the profile of the Libertarian Party and got folks interested in the political process.

Windy McKinney deserves a celebration in her honor for putting herself out there, and we have dedicated this meeting for that purpose. Windy thinks we are going to talk about outreach and growing the party which we totally can, but we are going to do so while we thank her for her efforts. There will be a limited supply of heavy snacks, beer, and cokes, etc.  Feel free to bring whatever but don't feel obligated.
