b. Mr. Hessel moved, Mr. Irving seconding, that the LPNC Executive Committee nominate Jess Dunlap to serve on the advisory board of the NC Commission of Inquiry on Torture. Vote ends April 25. Poll held April 22-25. Results: 10 aye, 0 nay, 1 abstain. Motion carried.
