Thomas Watercott, a Libertarian who is petitioning to run as a write-in candidate for US Congress in District 6—encompassing the entirety of Davidson, Davie, and Rowan counties, as well as parts of Guilford, Forsyth, and Cabarrus counties—will be in attendance. We encourage any registered voters residing in District 6 to attend this meeting to meet the candidate and, please, to sign his petition to have the North Carolina State Board of Elections add a write-in slot on the ballot in November to give yourself and your fellow citizens a choice. (As of now, only one candidate will be listed for CD6: Republican Addison McDowell.)
