The Libertarian Party of North Carolina supports the American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina’s call to uphold Gov. Pat McCrory’s veto of H.B. 392.

Members are appointed to the University of North Carolina Board of Governors because they’ve raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Republican Party, even though some are Democrats.

The Libertarian Party of North Carolina Executive Committee will be sponsoring a series of regional workshops around the state to conduct political campaign type activities.

These workshops will be held in addition to the committee’s business meetings.

The idea is for the executive committee to conduct some sort of political campaigning activity when we meet, rather than just hear reports. Vice chair Alex Vuchnich proposed this plan. and it was approved at the June 29 Executive Committee meeting.
