We're hosting an end-of-summer grill out! We'll have burgers, hotdogs, and ice cream. This is a family-friendly event, so feel free to bring kids. We will be in pavilion 4. 

We hope to accomplish the following:
1. Fundraise. Meals are a suggested donation of $10/person (that would include a burger, a hotdog, a drink, and a dessert). PLEASE RSVP and let us know if you are bringing additional people so we can be sure to have enough to go around. These funds will go to one of our local county affiliates to be used by any local candidates who plan to run for office in 2018 in the Triad.

2. Recap the LPNC convention. For anyone who was unable to make the convention, we'll discuss what took place so we're all up to speed.

3. Socialize!

4. Last, but not least, we'll be collecting back-to-school materials. All materials collected will be going to students in need at a local Title 1 school. Suggested items include: Book bags, 3 ring binders (all sizes), dividers, loose leaf paper, glue sticks, composition notebooks, and pens/pencils.
